| Hey all, I know the number of people who actually still check my xanga is scarce. But for any one who may happen upon my page I want to officially say that because of limited time I rarely got on xanga any more (bet you couldn’t tell;) I am sometimes on myspace (also under the name NoTurning_Back) but I don’t spend much time on there either so the place I’m on most is facebook. | Hey Friends!!! I'm sad that I don't have much internet access cuz I miss being on here but I've loved the in person conversations a lot of us have gotten to have since we can't keep intouch online!!! I've been really missing so many people this semester though. Ight I'm bout 2 hafta run off again cuz I'm just n break from Spanish class... which is one of the reasons I'm writing. Ya see last week our homework was to make a menu in Spanish so Corey Dyson and I are gonna post our menus and have all you amazing xanga friends vote on which one you think is best (clearly it will be mine ). Just kidding but it would be much fun for our class if you vote. So before I run off let me just say that through all the craziness of this semester I have become even more thankful for God's faithfulness!!!!! I wish I had time right now to testify. How's God been showing His faithfulness in your life? | | |
| Hey Friends!!!... finally, I was so optimistic at the beginning of the summer that I could be at camp n still keep in touch and I'm sorry that I was wrong. It was the busiest summer of my life but overall it was such a great summer!!! It was the best building relationships with the girls that were in my cabin. It was fye watching God change so many lives. The crazy part was when I would be praying so hard for God to help my girls change things in their lives He would flip it around on me n show me how I so much needed to change those same things. I'm very glad ta be back at school now. I'll probably be xangin less this semmester but if you wonderful friends ever wanna talk, hang out n whatnot that would be fye.

*became a girlfriend (to the godly,

*finished my second year of college
*said many sad goodbyes
*experienced anger greater than ever
before in my life
*was overwhelmed by loving acts of
friends
*cried a lot
*let down some friends
*had great times with roommates
*struggled greatly spiritually
*spent time with family
*grew a lot spiritually because of the
patience and grace of God
*cried some more
*gained some deeper friendships
*enjoyed this summer's lifeguard training
*helped my family build our house
*have seen old friends
*laughed greatly with a great friend
*missed lots of people
*had some of my life views challenged
*streaked my hair purple (it turned out a
redish pink)
*learned a lot about myself
ok that was real random and definitely in a random order but that's the best I've got. To all my friends reading this I'm missin you already. Since camp is about to start the most I'll probably be able to get online is on the weekends so I will try to write more often and at least read what you write because I very much want to hear about you lives and what you do this summer!!! | | |
